READING THE CODE IS JUST A START.
We expect everyone to act ethically, legally and in compliance with the Code of Conduct at all times. Doing Business the Right Way is the Avanos Way, and it is imperative to the health and growth of our company.
Each of us is responsible for our own compliance with the Code, to report suspected violations, and to cooperate in the Company’s investigation of potential violations. You cannot lose your job or your benefits, or be demoted, suspended, threatened, harassed or discriminated against for raising a Code of Conduct concern in good faith.
The Code is intended to provide guidance on what is “right” when dealing with customers, suppliers, other employees, competitors and the public.
